    This project delivered a new flagship retail store for Lululemon on Regent Street, creating a bold and immersive brand environment in one of London’s most prominent retail destinations.

  • The works comprised a full strip-out of the previous occupier, followed by a complete high-spec fit-out across three floors. The project also included the reconfiguration of the internal staircase, enhancing vertical circulation and improving connectivity between levels.

  • The design was both complex and highly detailed, requiring close coordination across multiple disciplines to ensure seamless execution. A key focus was embedding the Lululemon brand identity throughout the space, resulting in a cohesive and immersive retail environment. 

    From material selection to spatial layout, every element was carefully considered to reflect the brand’s ethos of performance, wellbeing, and community. The integration of architectural features with branded elements created a consistent customer journey across all floors.

  • The completed flagship store delivers a premium retail experience that elevates Lululemon’s presence on Regent Street. The space successfully combines functionality with strong visual identity, enhancing customer engagement and reinforcing the brand’s position within a competitive retail landscape.
