    This was a high-end fit-out project delivered for a client within the private banking sector. The works comprised a 28-week programme delivered from a Category A condition across two floors.

  • The project involved a complete internal fit-out, transforming the base build into a premium private banking environment. The scheme required careful coordination of all trades within a constrained structural envelope.

  • The project presented a number of technical challenges, including limited floor-to-ceiling heights between slabs and the constraints of working within a listed building. These factors required precise planning, detailed coordination, and a highly considered installation approach throughout. 

    All bespoke joinery elements were manufactured and installed by our in-house joinery team, ensuring full quality control and alignment with the design intent. Mechanical and electrical installations were particularly complex due to spatial restrictions, requiring careful integration within the limited void depths available.

  • The completed scheme delivers a refined, high-quality private banking environment that successfully balances technical constraints with a premium finish. Despite the challenges presented by the building fabric, the final result provides a sophisticated and functional workspace that reflects the client’s high-end brand positioning.
